my computer got hacked a few weeks ago so i bought another one now im having problems updating for me to have preuime sucks cause i have orders to fill and i dont know how are where to update the payment its not showing uo in my setting
I am sorry about the hack. What a hassle.
When you sign into Glowforge from the Dashboard, click your forge name, click your name, click settings, click purchase history, click manage subscription. If your payment info is not there to edit, send Glowforge an email and they will get you fixed up.
I just walked through the procedure, and when I logged in on Firefox, I couldn’t update my payment method, but from Chrome I could.
