Upgraded, was charged, but not confirmed (panic)

Went for the Pro upgrade last night, paid, it’s registered on my credit card, but haven’t received a confirmation. I’m hoping it’s been registered but the crew is overladed at the moment…

Yes, you’re good to go if we charged you. And apologies about the receipt - we know that at least one email provider (microsoft365) are blocking all our mails and are working to get it resolved. Check your spam filter! :smile:

I got confirmation & charged, but no receipt. I’ll let things settle down for you guys for a while before I hit you up for it. :wink:
