I have been having some trouble with occasionally having the usable laser area shrink on the left hand side. Sometimes it’s there sometimes it’s not. Any ideas what the solution is?
The function you have selected and the speed you are asking the laser to operate will affect the usable space because the head has to decelerate. This has been covered in many, many discussions of the usable space.

Specifically the engrave speed. Engrave slower and you’ll have more room. The cut boundaries are the same regardless of speed.
