My pro was sticking centering for days, I closed the blinds, checked all the cables, cleaned the lenses, reset all routers and modem, and now it’s stuck scanning. My router is 10 feet from the machine and we have 600mbsp internet. I have no idea what to do now. It’s so close to Christmas and we have so many orders, of course this happens at the worst possible time
Have you tried connecting via a cell phone hotspot?
Yes it still stuck on scanning on my phone as well

I’m having the same problem right now. It was stuck centering, then when I refreshed the page, it’s been stuck scanning ever since.
Im really hoping its a software problem or something that can be easily fixed. We cant afford to be out of commission during Christmas season
