Your white-and-grey design kind of looks like a variant of marquetry.

If there is a better term, you might find it by searching on those and, looking through some results. Maybe even an image search.

I did think of those amazing chalk art sidewalk events where they do this, but didn’t know the name for it. (So sad that those incredible works of art all wash away though.lol But I digress. )
