Is anyone having issues with the software, it will open to select a project, click on project and it locks up my computer, it’s done it to both my computers, and now my phone. Have to do a hard shutdown to recover. WIFI is good, computers are good, but as soon as opening the software it gets frustrating

What browser are you using? Have you tried the phone using cellular rather than your wifi to open the file? Have you tried all different files? I suggest trying to open the Gift of Good Measure.

No issue here, I just opened a very complex recent design without issue in both chrome and safari.

Tried all three of my browsers. Chrome, edge and Firefox, never had problems before other than slow at times assuming that the load on the system is great, same thing has happen the last 3 days, yes tried cellular data as well as wifi for my phone. It gets to the point of rendering design and then stops, not only gloeforce program but locks up my entire computer as such to have to do a hard shut down, both of my computers do the same thing and now my phone

Try opening a different file. Your initial post didn’t state that you got as far as rendering the design. That problem is almost always an issue with the file - not a server or computer problem.
