What Compensation is anyone getting for being shipped a faulty machine?

Unfortunately after waiting so long and time wasted, I get shipped a machine with a button that doesn’t work and can’t be fixed remotely! shipped the machine internationally and now I have to bear the costs of returning it myself! can’t even believe this! After paying thousands of dollars and waiting that long, they send you a machine that doesn’t work!

worst choice! should have seen the signs and cancelled it before getting it!
