Haven’t been on glowforge dashboard for a week or so. I logged on today and am trying to create a new project. Where did the upload file button go? Why are some of my buttons missing? I can’t get the dashboard to let me upload a file from my laptop. I have blank buttons on the bottom left hand of my screen and when I place my cursor/arrow over it, it doesn’t tell me what the button is for? Did glowforge do an update and it’s having issues? I have a project I need to complete before a funeral on Tuesday.

update: the create your own design button is completely missing from my dashboard. I have shut down my laptop and restarted it, and also refreshed the page. I have got nothing.

My blank design and upload file button is missing. when I press on the 3 buttons the only thing i have is a print history button but with no results

Welcome to the forum.
My Dashboard is working as usual. I suggest trying a different browser as sometimes browsers update and new popup settings inhibit some applications.

Thank you for that suggestion! I downloaded Chrome and now my dashboard has all its buttons and is working. Stupid browsers! Got it up and running. Will get my project done for the funeral tomorrow.

I am having the same issue. I also cannot use any of the clip art from my premium subscription on existing projects, so my hands are completely tied. I will try the new browser fix.

Yep, mine are gone too, microsoft edge. I guess I’ll have to download another browser
