What is the blue thing in the box?

I have my glowforge for 2 weeks and have just now found the time to set it up.

I followed the directions closely but cannot find a reference to an item in one the boxes i found. It is blue, tube like in structure about an inch long. One side says remove, the other says install.

What is this thing?

I see you figured it out. But, for others who may stumble across this - that’s the lens removal/installation tool.
