Do you need Support to address this issue? I can hear the clunk, but not see it.

Glowforge stops and makes a thudding sound .

Have you restarted the machine. Is it working or not?

Yes I want to trouble shoot what the problem could be

I restarted it and the same thing happens

I cleaned the camera lens and have turned it on. It seems to be working fine. I think my lense was pretty dirty

Sounds like a belt slipping. Check the tensions.

Yay on getting it working - and yes, dirty lenses/cameras/logos can lead to lost laser heads!

FYI the maximums on the software that runs the community are pretty small - you can see it on yours because it’s local to your machine. If you want to post a video here you should upload it to YouTube/Vimeo/etc and then post a link here.
