Ive been trying to upload a design and it won’t work! I click the button and nothing happens. what’s going on?!
It’s working normally for me, and there are no outages reported on the Glowforge Status site. I’d suggest the following troubleshooting steps:
- Restart your computer
- Clear your browser’s cache
- Hard reload the page (CTRL+SHIFT+R)
- Try clicking “upload” again
- If that fails, try a different web browser; Google Chrome is the one Glowforge recommends

There was an incident with app degradation earlier today…got an email about it…so perhaps something was going on with that. Not sure how long ago since I just came on here, now.
