Where did the button go to turn off the fan in the new app interface? Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum.
If you wish to use an inline fan or the filter, click the three dots in the interface and toggle the filter on which turns the exhaust fan off.

That is the dashboard, not the workspace interface.
The dashboard changed to add folders but the workspace has not changed, and that’s where those settings have always been…
