I am trying to use my pro, each time a message pops up asking what country I am in. When I click on United States, it says sending and then will not go back to I can cut, am I the only one? How do I get rid of that popup message so I can use my machine. I have tried to delete it and have restarted machine.

You can subscribe on there for updates from Glowforge. Their support staff doesn’t read this forum.

I’m having the same problem. Files won’t load and i’m prompted for country of origin.
Having the same issue. Can not get past (which country screen).
There’s zero value in commenting “me too”.
Pro is really slow this morning,
OBVIOUSLY glowforge, inc released a new ‘mod’ that is buggy - people are just reporting.
