I’m afraid the white ribbon cable is bent at the connection site. Glowforge immediately presents an orange light. This glowforge has been used less than 10 hours and practically brand new. Any suggestions would be great as we spent $4,000 on a fragile piece of equipment it seems like! Like everyone else, we saved and spent the money on this machine but so far we have personally been disappointed. Hope we can save it! Please help! image|375x500
Unfortunately, I don’t think that white cable is user serviceable. It’s likely going to mean a trip in for repair or replacement. (Sorry, but support is going to need to take a look at it, and let you know what they want you to do next.)
That’s what I was afraid of, hopefully I’ll hear something from the people at glowforge
