I have exact the same issue as in this post for days in a row now.
Unfortunately I could not find a solution in this post.
Have been able to print some, but had to wait hours to do so. Choosing ‘unknown material’ and giving in the thickness doesn’t do anything. Neither did turning off and reboot all and everything.
Not sure about the white screen part, but don’t bother to input the thickness. First, choose your setting for cutting, engraving, etc. Then click on the focus button at the top.
set your focus and it should work just fine.
Have you tried using a different browser?
Unfortunately the focus button is grey. If I tried to set focus, it said ‘your Glowforge is Busy or offline’.
I did not, because I succesfully printed in the same browser the last days. Only every time after printing I had to wait for hours to be able to make the next one.
Also the app loads really fast, but my own designs don’t load or load terribly slowly. At the bottom of the screen ‘your Premium Subscription has ended and you no longer have Unlimited Design Storage* and Free with Premium Catalog Designs. Reactivate Premium to restore lost designs from our backups.’
If I check manage subscriptions it says I still have Premium and the bill is paid.
While waiting, if this happens again, try a different browser. What have you got to lose?
