i dont know whats going on. I have tried to score out a file that ive been able to do so before but now all i can do is engrave. my premium trial has run out so is that the reason why i can only engrave or something else
This doesn’t have anything to do with the premium subscription. Can you please share a screenshot of what happens when you are trying to engrave or share a file that this happens on?

Somehow your file has changed from a vector to a raster format. You can only cut or score a vector.

how do you vector a file? I’m using Adobe illustrator
Sorry I am not familiar with that program but there are others on here who use it and someone will respond.
