We changed our WiFi SSID and now my glowforge is offline, can I get this back to the factory defaults so I can connect it to the new SSID??
Yes, you can reset it …turn the machine on and press and hold the white button for about ten seconds or so until it turns teal colored. Then you would reconnect to the network just like you did when you first set it up.
