Just stopped cutting during a job. Amber light came on after. After cleaning and unplugging the GF, it would only go through the motions of cutting and end with an amber light. IT WILL RUN BUT IT WILL NOT CUT/ENGRAVE ANYMORE.
Are you running a pro or a basic? Is the room where you have your Glowforge within the operating temps that are suggested? One reason the orange/amber light can appear is when the temp. is too high.
@patriciahep I am so sorry your Glowforge printer is going through the motions but not printing. It looks like you sent us an email regarding this issue. I’m going to go ahead and close this forum post and follow up with you there.
