My plus starts up does its thing goes into ready position I go to start a print and it stops, sometimes turning it off and back on it might work and if it does when the print is over it gets stuck on focus, I have gone through and found and read everything I can in the community tried several things nothing is helping

Have you tried changing the wifi setup? You could try using your phone as a hot spot.

If that’s true then you’ll have to give a detailed account of exactly what you’ve tried and what happened when you did. Otherwise we’ll be likely to waste time suggesting things you’ve already done, and you’ll waste time reading things you’ve already considered. A lose-lose scenario.
Give more details and hopefully someone can point you in the right direction.
