Won't Calibrate After Going Off the Track

Hello Everyone!

I would be very grateful if anyone could offer some advice on my problem. The Glowforge (Plus) gantry went off the rails. I reset the gantry back onto the tracks, checked to ensure free movements, and everything seemed fine, but it won’t recalibrate. I’ve turned the machine off and on to let it calibrate multiple times, but the laser head goes to the front right of the machine and remains there every time.

Do you think this is a correctable problem, or will I have to ship the whole unit back?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I understand it went off the tracks. Did you figure out why? The issue that caused going off the track might still be there and this is just another outcome of it. How are your belt tensions ?
