Normally it is against the forum rules to ask for files, but this is the free designs section and a version of the box is shared above. The user you referenced did not share their version, just photos of how they implemented a similar design. It should not be that hard to create that version though.

I will look on my computer to see if I still have the 64 crayon version. If I do, then I will gladly share.
