Hello Rita, Danny, and Vee,

Glowforge #3 just arrived.

Glowforge #1 was returned because the head would hit the front door if I did anything near the front.

Glowforge #2 was returned because the laser would not cut through PG material. It had arrived with the lens window popped out. With the replacement lens window, it would need 3 passes to barely cut through PG material.

Glowforge #3 just arrived. I’ve named it “Charm” as in “3rd time’s a charm”. I just cut the Good Measure Keychain. It worked perfectly. Zero problems.
