Thanks for the quick reply and info. I actually figured out after a while how to access them in Illustrator and also Corel where I do the majority of my work.
Did you design the nice detail around the outer perimeter of the frame or are those elements you found somewhere? Thanks.

@royb94 I had some old wingding fonts that I used and combined into those decorations around the edges.

Here is a technique from @ekla illustrated by me. This is a really handy technique. Note you may need to play with the miter level and other stroke settings to get a good outline.
