Yellow Button Issue

Hello - I have the yellow button of death - I have read through all of the posts with no success - my temperature is good - everything has been thoroughly cleaned - (twice) - and I have plugged and unplugged all available connectors

Any suggestions outside of those solutions?

I was engraving a cutting board when it stopped 1/2 way through - I turned it off and let it cool overnight. I have a pro - less than 6 months old.
