Yellow button stuck in cooling down

Been stuck with this error for about a week now. Pulled the logs and see these errors anytime after July4th. The device has been in a room that is been between 70-75 degrees. I just kicked my A/C down to 68 and waited until hours past sunset to make sure the room was well below 75 and still getting this error. I emailed support, but got no indication a ticket was opened.

You’ve opened another ticket by posting here. Hang tight, they’ll be along.

Out of curiosity, is your machine a Pro, Plus, or Basic?

Thank you. I figured it would open another ticket, but wanted to make sure at least one got opened.

I have a Plus.

Okay, so top end is 75ºF, then. Bear in mind it’s not room temperature that matters as much as the temperature of the coolant fluid, which is probably going to be a few degrees warmer than room temp when the machine has been operating. I can also imagine it taking quite a while to cool down with the machine off and the top closed. It seems like overnight in a 68º room would have set things right, though, if that was the problem.

I see you already emailed us about this and we’re working on it there, so I’m going to close this topic.
