Yellow Light won't go away! Urgent!

The yellow light of doom has happened. Usually I can troubleshoot my way out of any issues but this has been day 3 and orders are starting to back up. I couldn’t submit an email ticket for some reason, so I am opening a ticket through here.

All my connections have been tested, my fan has been cleaned (with canned air no liquids) but nothing will make this go away! Going to add photos from my steps in the process preemptively since I know just about every standard step support usually has you do

Does it not, I’ve seen some people say that it is the equivalent of doing so. For some reason trying to open an email ticket doesn’t work they keep saying my login info is incorrect?

We are all just owners on this site. Occasionally a staff member reads a few posts and comments but you definitely want to figure out how to get in touch with them some other way.

At one time, it did, but that has not been true for awhile now.

Repeated contacts also make multiple job#s which just make confusion. You will need to use the same email that you used when registering your Glowforge. Like registering your car without a registered line of owners they cannot tell if it is not stolen.
