Yet another glass lid detached from back left hinge

It’s always the left one, isn’t it? What’s up with that?
(Do you need photos? We all know what this looks like, right?)

Anyway, I’m able to work around the issue by holding the back of the door and carefully maneuvering it shut, but this can’t be the best thing for health and safety.

Is there any solution that does not involve replacing the machine?
(I just got snapmarks enabled on mine, and I don’t want to lose 'em!)

Murphy’s Law.
You get Snapmarks and your GF is broken.
My GF works great and I can’t get Snapmarks

Total bummer! (Yeah, they’ll likely want to see it, but you can send them the photos directly if you don’t want to post them here. Unfortunately, I believe they still are replacing them when this happens. Maybe they could consider laying in a supply of the special glue and some clamps as a repair kit one day.)

Sorry

No qualms about uploading. I just couldn’t find my phone when I posted that. (Still can’t!)

Fortunately, I still haven’t figured out how to make Google stop backing up all of my photos, so I was able to grab this from their server:

Yeah our left side came undone too and we sent it back last month.

Thanks for letting us know about this, and I’m so sorry for the trouble. I’m going to close this thread, and I’ll be following up by email to discuss this further.
