1.951 Inch tall without Tray - Works 30 % of the time - Please help!

I am trying to engrave on wood that is 1.94 inches tall. As you can see from the first image, I aligned the engraving perfectly. However, once it started it was very off and printed in the center of both, ruining both sets of wood. I can see my lens was a bit dirty, however I have had the same issue previously with a cleaner lens. This is a time-sensitive job that I need to be completed by Monday, Jan 6th, I need 25 total. Are you trying to print all three at one time? If so:

1. Use Set Focus in the center of the first block.
2. Place the Design for that block.
3. Use Set Focus in the center of the second block.
4. Place the Design for the second block.
5. Use Set Focus on the center of the third block.
6. Place the Design for the 3rd block.
7. And so on.

When you run the job, it will look like some of the placements are incorrect, because each time you use Set Focus it shifts the camera view just a little bit. But they will not be wrong when they print, so don’t change them after you have used the Set Focus in a particular location.

Also, you need to use thinner blocks. The camera can’t focus the beam accurately on something that is 1.94" tall. Try to get some that is no higher than 1.87" tall. (Based on the height of my crumb tray…you’re a couple of mm over the limit for auto-focusing to work.)
