Can you be more specific about what you want help with? The forum is filled with info about making puzzles.

If you mean an imbedded image you will either need to get a sublimation printer (or do one of the hacks of a regular printer to make it a sublimation printer) - or use a service to get your art printed onto acrylic. You can also paint directly on acrylic with alcohol inks.
Once you’ve got your art, the puzzle part is the same as it is for wood/draftboard.
