Alignment off and scoring failed

So I cleaned my glowforge. My alignment then was way off. So I did calibration. This is what the GF symbol looks like. I think my glowforge is drunk. Anyone have a similar issue and how to fix???

Check the tension on the belts, that looks like something is slipping or might be too loose.

I’m sorry about the trouble with your print results when running at higher speeds. Regarding your alignment, since your unit engraved first and then cut, the cut being misaligned is likely related to the shift in your engrave. Could you check the tension of the belt below your laser arm for me? When pressing lightly on one side of the belt, the other side should not move. Did you let the GF completely dry before attempting the calibration?

Are you certain you put the printhead carriage back on properly? Can you provide pictures of your belts?
