I’ve encountered multiple posts from people on this issue when I was looking for a fix. Glowforge refuses to sell the pom wheel to fix this, claiming it’s “not user serviceable.”
I created a fix and wrote a how to guide.

I keep getting a “service not available” error clicking the link so no saving for me

It’s on my work one drive which can be finicky. I’m happy to email it to you or some other method assuming that’s not against any rules here.
