My username and password doesn’t seem to work in the app. I can’t log in, even though it works in every other interface.

I’m excited you’re interested in the iOS app! Unfortunately, since it is still in beta, we aren’t yet able to offer support. You can find advice here: The new Glowforge iPhone & iPad app (Beta)
At this time we recommend using a web browser on a desktop or laptop computer if you’re encountering difficulties from a mobile device.
