I followed all the advice to clean everything and now it is stuck on scanning!! What now?
This sounds horrible but have you turned it off and back on again?
Yes several times! Why would a cleaning cause it to not work
Two options could be either disturbing a cable, or getting liquid into a connecter that caused a short and damaged circuitry.
The only “cleaning” necessary is to wipe the optics to ensure a clean path for the laser beam.

So what do i do now? How do i get it working again? I did not spray any liquid on machine> i only used damp rag and cleaned everything! How do i find out why its not working
