I received my Glowforge Pro yesterday and can’t get it to connect to network wifi. My computer finds the Glowforge and then when I try to connect to my network, it won’t connect. My network has a password but it doen’t ask for it. HELP! I don’t know what else to do.
Try watching this video and setting up you wifi again. Set up again
I’m so sorry you ran into trouble during setup. It looks like your Glowforge is connected and you’ve been able to print since contacting us. That’s great!
