Cooling Down problem

GF been out of action for a couple fo days now

Bumping this thread because there’s been no response to ongoing problem

Usually takes about a day to hear a response from an email or a post from tech support here in the P&S section. opening this thread opens another support ticket that they will need to close before dealing with you in the other thread.
