There are dozens of companies that offer custom cards - I even seen them handed out as wedding favors :face_vomiting:

I found what I needed in Tips and Tricks and the Help Center (links for the curious).
While they give instructions, I have a long way to go before I can recreate this work. Cheers again!

You are better off making your own file, for the material you have. The tolerances will vary.

Use a site like Boxes.py and create a box inside of a box smaller than the thickness of your material to nest it inside.

@bwente is correct. The material thickness will vary slightly and make the box too loose or too tight. I used this one to make the boxes:

The key thing to remember when using this box designer is setting the box to inner or outer measurements to make sure one fits inside the other.
