I have a recent GF Pro, just over a month old. Was told glasses do not come with the purchase.

Thank you to everyone’s efforts, we received word from GF late last night that they want Poppy up and running asap and will be shipping out a new filter for the compact filter at no additional charge to Poppy :hugs::slight_smile: Bless you all @GlowForge!

Poppy has been so distraught from this situation he had to go noodling for catfish blindfolded just to unwind and decompress.

We just sent him word that GF is doing something heroic on his behalf by sending out a new filter and he is already packing up his fishing gear and heading back to HQ. Poppy can not wait another second to continue his GF adventures and promises reporting back with good news and grand creations soon.

Long and the short of this debacle, and to correct ourselves in our initial post/diagnosis…the situation is with the Filter of the Compact Filter and not the GF machine itself. The machine appears to be perfect however very messy now inside from the sitting smoke overflow. (Good thing Poppy knows how to clean up many messes :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:)

Again thank you GF Fam!! We are beaming out love and gratitude to you all. We wouldn’t have been able to get Poppy back and creating without you!! :heart_eyes:
