Design catalog not loading to dashboard

I can’t get design catalog to load anything on the dashboard. I do pay for premium. The freebies won’t even work. This started when I got an email to try premium for 14 days. I ignored it because I pay for premium. Did my premium get wiped out?

You’ll want to contact Support through email or by phone and ask, as they don’t check the forum. They’ll be the ones who can troubleshoot this for you as they can look up your account and get things straightened out.

I clicked through that email earlier. And just now i went to the catalog and tried to add an item, I got an error saying it wasn’t available. I think there are bugs from this transition of making the catalog available to non-GF premium subscribers. I can open the files i already had from it, but adding new ones are an issue.

I received an email from Glowforge stating that there is a problem regarding catalog designs that they are investigating.

Everything is working normally for me.

Confirmed – designs cannot be added to the user’s dashboard at this time. (11:44 MDT, 02 Apr 26)
