Faulty machine

I have been going back and forth for a year with customer service and have yet to get my machine up and running properly. My machine doesn’t cut consistently. it misprints and I waste so much of my hard earned money. I am unable to sell items because the machine is so unreliable.
All of their suggestions have been tried over and over and nothing improves.
They kept sending lenses and that never fixed the problem.
As soon as I was out of warranty they want to tell me its the air fan and I need to replace it.
never once was that brought up as a possible issue before.

I am sorry that your first post after owning your Glowforge for a year is this lament. There is really nothing any of us can do for you, and Glowforge personnel do not monitor the forum.

If you invest some time reading the forum, you may find some helpful tips. If you post more specific information about your problem maybe someone here can point you to helpful information.
