Hey folks, I decided to dress up my Hobbit Hole, which I made last year on my Glowforge, for Halloween. No Glowforged accessories this time—all the little bits were printed on my resin 3D printer.
I had originally dipped real candy corn in epoxy resin and mounted them on toothpicks, but the ants ate those in 3 days. So I 3D printed, then painted, the candy corn, along with the skeleton (he’s hiding behind some grass at the moment), pile of little pumpkins, and the string of Jack-o-lantern lights across the top. I wired those with a tiny rice sized led string. The battery pack is hidden under the upended mining cart to the right.
