Absolutely! There are tons of examples in the forum (search for 3D Printer). I really like a resin printer like my Elegoo Mars because of the really fine detail for the miniature things I like to make, but there are plenty of reasons to want a filament printer as well.
Here’s some examples of 3D printed things I’ve made to go with my Glowforged things:
I’ve been fascinated by fairy doors ever since I saw the amazing ones made by the guys on Instagram at @thefairydoor. Check 'em out, they are unbelieveable! Anyway, I set out to make one of my own.

I found out after I made it that I used the wrong kind of foam board for the rock wall (I used expanded polystyrene, should have used XPS which is insulation foam board), so my next one will be better.
The image for the door was from my Print Shop 4 clip art of a bunch of boards. I conver…
I had some fun making a bunch of Aztec Gold coins (from POTC) on my new Elegoo Mars 3D printer and of course I needed a treasure box to put them in. So I made this one, using @jbv ’s cool file that he posted on Thingiverse .

I used Proofgrade cherry ply. So cool to have the file perfectly set up for the Glowforge—thanks @jbv !
For the coins I used this 3D print file by Connection_Models on Thingiverse . There were others available but this one was of the highest resolution. After pri…
Hey folks, I decided to dress up my Hobbit Hole, which I made last year on my Glowforge, for Halloween. No Glowforged accessories this time—all the little bits were printed on my resin 3D printer.

I had originally dipped real candy corn in epoxy resin and mounted them on toothpicks, but the ants ate those in 3 days. So I 3D printed, then painted, the candy corn, along with the skeleton (he’s hiding behind some grass at the moment), pile of little pumpkins, and the string of Jack-o-la…
I keep seeing these teeny shoes on Instagram. I just had to make some. I did them with my 3D printer (it’s an Elegoo Mars resin printer), and lest you think this is not a Glowforge project, I did make the paper shoe liners and the shoe boxes with my Glowforge! The laser cut the tiny boxes perfectly with the gold-foiled logo centered on the lid. But I’m showing the shoes because I know there are a few mini enthusiasts on here that might be interested.
