I just got my Glowforge!
Won’t connect to internet. 
I am 2 feet from the router (fios)
I see the gf wifi but when I connect to it I get a “cant be found” message.
Any help would be awesome.

If it doesn’t, let us know specifically where/what fails

I have tried everything.
Simply -
I can see the wifi signal but when I click it.
Run diagnostics…
Diagnostic didnt work - just used my cell phone to connect and since the phone is connected to the network it worked like a charm.
This thing is going to be addicting… real quick!

I’m so sorry you ran into trouble during setup. It looks like your Glowforge is connected and you’ve been able to print since contacting us. That’s great!
