GF stuck on Cancelling

Still no fix for us either

Mine is stuck on focusing. I opened a ticket yesterday, but have not received a response yet. Hopefully they figure it out soon. I feel better knowing it’s not just me.

@ pubultrastar I went thru the same thing. I was pulling my hair out checking everything nothing worked. I called and haven’t heard back. So I am nervous.

Still stuck on homing here as well.

i have two - both are stuck. one on cancelling and one on homing. Oddly GF took down the banner saying they are working on the issue, as if it’s fixed?? i mean, are they still working on it or no? its clearly not fixed. i did try unplugging my modem (along with the two lasers and turning off my computer) for 10 minutes hoping to clear the que but it made no difference at all.

Same here… a GF Pro and a GF Basic, both stuck on power-up sequence.

Would be nice if they had a page somewhere where they can log these specific issues and at least say ā€œWe are working on thisā€¦ā€ or ā€œHere is the latest on thisā€¦ā€. Their server support page is not sufficient for this… too high level.

As of 9:25am MST my machine is still stuck on ā€œCancelling.ā€

Been stuck on cancelling since 9am 1/6. Even with full reboot / reconnect

Mine just came back up, so they must have done something. Try a reboot.

Mine is also stuck on CANCELLING and have attempted to bypass the phone system with no luck today. I spoke with someone yesterday and she said it was an issue on their end and it needed engineer support. My ticket number is 586925. I keep sending emails as the ā€˜status update’ is incorrect.

Both of mine also just came back. I think the key here is to keep your GF on so it can receive any necessary updates.

I left my machine on all this morning until the app went from ā€˜cancelling’ to ā€˜offline’. Turned off the machine and turned it back on and it’s now working…

I did speak with GF this morning too and they said no ETA on a fix. Mine just started to work.

Working for me - had to power on the Glowforge to clear the ā€˜scanning’ status in the app.
