OMG! Me too! Stuck on canceling!! I’m so glad its not on my end! I have tried EVERYTHING! Now… Just getting ready to throw the whole machine into the lake and watch it DROWN!
So many problems with my $7000 paper weight!
I recently purchased a different machine/brand. My GlowForge Pro is now used as a secondary/emergency machine and dust gatherer.
My new machine got me threw all my Christmas orders thank gawd! Since I purchased this new machine my blood pressure has returned to normal!
I spoke with someone yesterday AM about it and they said they would need to escalate the issue to their internal engineers. I followed all the steps and it appears to be a software issue as he mentioned others were calling in with the same issue. Hoping for an update sooner than later.
Don’t mean to worry anyone (apart from myself) but after completing a print my Glowforge has gone to ‘Setup’ in the App and a teal light on the Glowforge start button - a restart fixed it but I wonder if stuff is still happening behind the scenes
