Does anyone else have issues connecting their glow forge to their MacBook?

Welcome to the forum.
Many of us are happily using Macs. What matters more is the browser, but the Glowforge isn’t really connecting to any computer or device. The Glowforge is connecting to the Glowforge servers.
Have you successfully completed the setup of your machine? What problems are you having?

I can’t even get that far because my machine will not connect to wifi

I am not sure where in the setup you are having trouble. I hope this video may help you until support contacts you. Set up again - #4 by Jules
