Opened the lid to my box to find this. (See attached video.) Looks like whatever adhesive was used did not adhere the glass top to the metal handle sufficiently. On the far left end, the black tint on the edge of the glass is flaked and pulled away by some of the the adhesive that failed.

Yes, they’ve been good with addressing issues in a timely manner.
I can hardly believe that this has happened to you again, but we need to replace this unit.
I see you already emailed us about this and we’re working on it there, so I’m going to close this topic.
