Glowforge stuck on centering!

So my glowforge gets stuck on centering when I put a new proof grade material in and it just doesn’t do anything and then i push the head back and it works is this bad to do? and what is the solution.

Yes, it’s bad to move the head with the machine on. :grimacing:

Good luck!

I have found that roughly 99% of the time it is because the camera is dirty. Get some Ziess wipes from walmart. I think they area few dollars for a hundred or something like that and give it a good cleaning. That tends to fix any problems I am having.
