Trying to print an image, it’s a grayscale shaded drawing, When I try to do the whole image it never prints, Stuck on “Preparing your design” Then suggests I contact glow forge to report a problem.
When I split the image into 2, I can print 1/2 at a time, But then I run into alignment problems.
Printing 8x10 size
Please resolve this issue.

It’s a known issue that large images can currently cause a problem with buffering. The tutorial below explains a good way to split images so that the impact is lessened on the quality of results:
They’re working to increase the buffer size. Until then, this might help.
