Handle fell off!

Has anybody else had their handle fall off? (Looks like the glue used to attach the plastic/metal handle assembly to the bottom of the safety glass lid/cover just let go!) I went to open the lid and the handle fell off on the floor!

Unfortunately, when it did, it also pulled off the small white socket on the right hand side LED light bar that the two black wires (I assume for the lid closed sensor?) plug into.

I have seen several that had been knocked off in shipping, and I suspect the bond on yours suffered the same.
In the instances I referred to, the machine was replaced.

That stinks.

Mine arrived with the handle almost completely unattached from the glass. Used some epoxy to fix it and never had any other problems with it.

Well that’s not very typical… where the front falls off…

Sorry… just had to. I hope your issue gets resolved soon!

I see you already emailed us about this and we’re working on it there, so I’m going to close this topic.
