I am stuck in focusing, GF wont do anything. Need Help, left message but have not heard back.

I have checked Lens
I have checked cables - nothing looks bend, burnt cracked or anything.
I turned off machine
I have left in idle and than closed lid.
I cleaned crumb try
removed any material
turned off lights
logged out and back in etc…

PLEASE HELP!!

I would also try using your phone as a hot spot to connect. You may have some interference on your wifi that is only affecting the GF.

Post your results so that when a staff member gets here they can see what you’ve already done.
